Air-Way offers a complete line of SAE standard fitting styles as well as the industry’s widest selection of non-standard configurations. Fitting styles include 37° flare, O-Ring Face Seal, adjustable o-ring, NPTF pipe, and adapter unions, many of which are available in both forged and bar stock styles. We also specialize in jump sizes and “special” fittings and manufacturer 316 stainless steel tube fittings and adapters.

Air-Way also offers the Flare-O fitting which provides a leak proof, drop in replacement for standard 37° SAE/JIC/ISO tube fittings. The Flare-O fitting is based on the standard SAE J514, 37° hydraulic fitting. With the addition of an elastomeric O-Ring, positioned in a strategic area of the sealing boundaries, hydraulic leaks vanish. The Flare-O feature is available as an option for all 37° fitting configurations.

In addition to maintaining a large inventory of Air-Way products in Cambridge, ONT, we also manufacture components to our customer’s drawing. We operate 5 CNC machining centers and can machine components from steel, brass, aluminum, and stainless steel stock.
